Smart Phone-free days

It might seem impossible to a teenager that it is possible to pass a day without a cellphone. Try to make them believe that it is indeed possible. The point of this exercise is to let them realize that cell phones are there to help your life. Not to take all the time from your day. And while you are out of cell phone reach, it is possible to have a good day.

Only one screen at a time

Cell Phone addiction has reached the limit that when they are watching a television program or movie, they often look at the screen of their cellphone. They don’t even pay attention to the Tv and what’s going on there. Try to make that rule about one screen at a time. you have to take advantage of one digital device.

Reclaim family meals

Family is the most important thing. But, due to cell phones, teens are getting out of touch with their families day by day. Try to make family meal time united again. Make them understand why it is important to have a meal together.
